Pool Information

The Creekwood Pool is ready for the upcoming 2022 Pool Season! Once again this season, please be patient with all staff and volunteers as we navigate through operation procedures and guidelines for operating our pool for the 2022 season. We want to share a few important points to make the season go as smoothly as possible.

  • Daily pool hours are listed in a chart within the 2022 Creekwood Pool Rules.
  • We suggest patrons bring their own water to drink to the pool.
  • We will be using the proximity cards from our previous pool seasons, so make sure you know where you stored them last year. Please include proximity card numbers on all forms. Each person MUST scan their proximity card to enter the pool area. Proximity cards are keyed per individual.
  • The 2022 Pool Rules, Adult Swim Club Rules & Waiver, Caregiver Agreement and Unaccompanied Teen Agreement forms are now available. Use the links on the left to view the Pool Rules and Adult Swim Club Information. Forms may be submitted via the online form or printed and submitted manually, please see the links below. Please review the Pool and Adult Swim Club rules prior to completing your forms.
  • This year we will offer the two-exception rule. Each household will be able to register their family members living in their home. Additionally, each household can register two additional members (children outside the home, grandchildren, nephews, sisters, grandparents). We want you to be proud of your neighborhood pool and to share that with the people who are important to you.
  • There are two items YOU are accountable for prior to your proximity card becoming active:
    • Annual Assessments must be paid prior to May 1 (it can take up to 30 days between your assessment payment and the activation of your proximity card, so resolve that as soon as possible). Assessment status will be updated on June 1, July 1 and August 1 and cards will be activated at this time. To avoid delayed entry to the pool, make sure your account is up-to-date with the COA.
    • The 2022 Pool Registration form can be completed online or print and submit as instructed on bottom of form. The sooner, the better, please ensure your registration is completed by May 15th to allow our volunteers to get cards activated by opening day. Please allow 5-10 business days, after you submit your form, for our volunteers to enter your information into the system and activate your cards.
  • If you are signing up for Adult Swim Club you must have a completed 2022 Pool Registration Form and 2022 Adult Swim Club Waiver and Release Form. Both you and your swim buddy must complete an Adult Swim Club Waiver and Release form.
