The Creekwood Pool is ready for the upcoming 2025 Pool Season! Once again this season, please be patient with all staff and volunteers as we navigate through operation procedures and guidelines for operating our pool for the 2025 season. We want to share a few important points to make the season go as smoothly as possible. 

• Daily pool hours are listed in a chart within the 2025 Creekwood Pool Rules.
• We suggest patrons bring their own water to drink to the pool.
• We will be using CellBadge as our pool entry system. Please make sure you have registered, uploaded pictures and that the information for your household is correct.
• The 2025 Pool Rules, Caregiver Agreement and Unaccompanied Teen Agreement forms are now available. Use the links on the left to view the Pool Rules. Forms may be submitted via the online form or printed and submitted manually, please see the links below. Please review the Pool Rules prior to completing your forms.
• Only residents who live permanently within the household may be registered in CellBadge. All others are considered guests and guest passes will need to be used for entry. Each household will receive 10 free guest passes at the start of the season. Additional guest passes may be purchased in advance throughout the season, please see the link below to request additional guest passes.
• There are two items YOU are accountable for prior to your registration being validated:
  • Annual Assessments must be paid on or prior to January 1 (it can take up to 10 days between your assessment payment and the activation of your CellBadge account, so resolve that as soon as possible). To avoid delayed entry to the pool, make sure your account is up-to-date with the COA.
  • 2025 Pool Registration through CellBadge and any additional forms should be completed by May 1st to allow our volunteers to get everyone validated by opening day. Please allow 5-10 business days, after you submit your registration or agreement form, for our volunteers to enter and validate your information into the system. 
•  Registered members age 13 and up MUST have a picture on file, this includes caregivers.
