2025 Annual Assessment

The 2025 Creekwood Annual Assessment in the amount of $600.00 is due on January 1, 2025. Please note your account will show a $0 balance if you are up to date on your assessments. The $600 assessment fee will post to your account on January 1, 2025.

Please note, your payment is late if not received by the 30th of the month. A late fee of $60.00 will be charged to your account if 
payment is received after January 30, 2025.  

You may choose to make a one time payment online or set-up an account for future payments. You may also set-up recurring payments to pay towards your 2026 assessment. Please note, online payments can take 3-5 business days to process. As with years past, payment allows for full use of community facilities.

Please update your Contact Information so that we have the most current information for your property. This can be done electronically by clicking the “Resident Sign-In” button above and logging into the portal. Navigate to your Account page and update your email address if you would like to receive emails about neighborhood events and meetings.

Application for Residential Improvement

If a modification will affect the external structure or appearance of a property/lot, the Owner must submit a Creekwood Architectural Modification Application through the management company to be reviewed by the Creekwood’s Architectural Control Committee, regardless of whether or not the modification is specifically listed in the Standards or Restrictions. Form, Restrictions and Standards can be found in the Architectural Control Committee Folder.
