2023 Annual Assessment
After review of the projected 2023 budget, the board voted not to adjust the annual assessment amount from 2022. The 2023 Annual Assessment is Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 Dollars ($500) and is due on or before January 1, 2023. There are several projects proposed for next year to address our pool, pool decking and tree removal/clean-up of common areas to ensure our common areas are properly maintained and safe for the community, and to serve as attractors for future Creekwood homeowners.
The assessment is considered late after the 30 day grace period, and will bear interest at the rate of 10% per annum. (Reference Article XII of Creekwood Owner Association Bylaws). As with years past, payment allows for full use of community facilities.
Each owner will be mailed a Payment Notice that references the above information and also include payment instructions. Please note: Late or no payment of annual associations fees will affect usage of community facilities.

Application for Residential Improvement
Planning on making changes to the outside of your residence? If so you are required to submit an Application for Residential Improvement Form.
