Evernest Property Management Richmond merged with Dodson Property Management in July 2022. Creekwood has been with the management company since October 1, 2019. On this page, we will share contact information and news/updates on how and when to engage our property management company.

Evernest tries to answer the phone calls directly, but sometimes, due to availability, you’ll have to leave a message. According to Evernest, “The easiest way to get one of us on the phone is to use the dial by name directory or by hitting the option for Association Management “7”.” So, dial 804-355-7368 and option 7.

ACC REQUEST FORMS: We are excited to announce an update to the architectural application procedure. As you may know, you are able to access a copy of your community’s application and then submit the completed form directly through your Evernest owner portal by AppFolio. Evernest Owner Portal has recently introduced a series of updates that allows you to track the progress of your application through to completion and makes it easier to communicate with us to ensure that your application is complete before it is submitted to the Board. When logging into AppFolio, please navigate to the “Shared Document” tab to find the ACC Request Form. Then navigate to the “Compliance” tab to give a description of your request and upload the appropriate files.
PAVILION RENTALS: We are excited to announce an update to the Pavilion Rental application procedure. Pavilion Rental Requests will be coordinated through Evernest. Request a reservation via the Creekwood website resident portal on your dashboard. Then, residents can complete and submit the online Creekwood Pavilion/Pool Rental Agreement form via Google Forms. Pavilion Rental Steps and forms (printable) can be found on this website or by signing into your Evernest Owner Portal account and navigate to the Shared Documents where you will find the “Creekwood Pool Pavilion Rental Agreement.” Print and complete the form (from either website), then email or mail it to Evernest and they will be in contact.
